Logan Stanton, a junior at Ocean Lakes High School, enrolled in the Virginia Beach Public School Environmental Studies Program was unanimously approved by the board to serve as the Youth Advisory Committee Chairman for the Back Bay NW Refuge Society. Logan has spent countless hours on Back Bay and exploring waterways connected to it. He has a background and in professional Interest in journalism writing for the school newspaper which was ranked #1 in the state. Logan grew up fishing, exploring, and enjoying the Back Bay and its waterways.
